How to use:
 
7-Day Foot Peel: Soak feet in water for 10 minutes. Dry and put them into the Exfoliating Foot Socks. Gently massage feet to get consistent coverage. Put regular socks over the top of Exfoliating Foot Socks, leave on for 90 minutes and then rinse in water. Peeling will start by day 3-4 with the full treatment visible by day 7-9. For best results soak your feet in warm water every day for 15 minutes. Once peeling has finished massage your feet daily with GINGER&ME Bath & Body Oil.
 
Bath & Body Oil: Soak your cares away with 1-2 capfuls in your bath or massage straight into skin as soon as you step out of the bath or shower, making sure not to over rub. Apply to the ends of dry hair as a rebalancing hair treatment an hour before washing and to dry cuticles, elbows, knees, and heels.
